Gan Shalom · The Garden of Peace

A garden of peace, for every season of a woman's life

Thursday afternoon to Sunday morning, a small circle of women gathers inside the walls of a hundred-year-old home in Jerusalem — to slow down, to move, to meditate, and simply to be.

Gan Shalom · Five fruits, five seasons

Choose the fruit that calls you

Each retreat is named for a fruit of the garden — and for a season of a woman’s life. Tap the one that speaks to you.

Amande

Pre-birth

The first blossom of the year — for the months of waiting.

Rose

Post-birth

Tenderness, rest, and being held once the baby has come.

Grenade

Perimenopause

Fullness and change — a season with many seeds.

Lavande

Harder seasons

Calm and company for the heavier seasons of life.

Citron

Fifty and beyond

Brightness and zest for everything that comes next.

The program

A gentle rhythm, day by day

Every retreat follows the same easy shape — discovery, movement, stillness and rest — then takes the color of the fruit, and the season, that brought you here.

Saturday — Going deeper

A quiet morning, a shared lunch, and small circles where the real conversations happen.

Sunday closes gently — a last circle, a slow breakfast, and the walk back into ordinary life.

What to expect

Slow days, a warm house, a small circle

Each retreat blends the discovery of Jerusalem with meditation, gentle movement and shared meals, in the warm, preserved setting of the villa. Small groups, long tables, and space to breathe.
